I asked the client to read a short article for teens and she said she had no problem reading that, when usually she said her mind would wander. She wasn't sure if it was the breath, the toning or the instruments and I gave her some homework to try at home for 7 days. She told her teacher and I was invited in to teach the class some exercises and have been invited 2 more times. |

Placed a 4” singing bowl in the clients palm while I rubbed the bowl with a mallet. Pain reduced significantly within 30 secs. Lasted till the next day. |

Client could not believe the relief and the rusts were that quick. They have “tried” everything in the past and nothing worked as well or as quickly as the sound treatment. Client would only seek western medical procedures prior to my treatment.
I left a 128 HZ weighted tuning fork so client could do the procedure on themselves. Singing bowl would not work as a self treatment due to clients age (94) and dexterity. A tuning fork seemed to be a better instrument for them to manage for themselves. The tuning fork method (in place of the singing bowl) worked well enough and was simple enough to demonstrate and apply. I do believe the complex overtones were more effective in this case that the single frequency of the tuning fork.
Follow up reports confirmed that if the pain or muscle spasms begin again, applying the fork has lessen the pain again. |

The voice with the bowls sounded like angles, she wasn’t sure how I was making all of the sounds with singing so she had to sneak and look and it was very nice. She was seeing yellow bubbles and orbs of energy during the treatment. It felt like hairs or cords were on her hands during the tuning forks and it was very interesting feeling. Afterwards, she was less dizzy and nauseous. |

She said is was just so relaxing and she maybe slept for a part of it. She felt deep in Theta state and really was able to let go. There was an overall safe feeling thanks to me. She said she was noticing her thoughts and was looking at things with a different perspective than before. He felt very relaxed he floated somewhere else entirely and probably fell asleep for a bit. He really liked the 9” Tibetan bowl and said it was his favorite. He also enjoyed the tuning forks because he felt energy zinging across his body. Overall, he had a great experience but still feels residual pain in some areas, but it has gotten better. Tom felt very relaxed afterwards and said he needs to do this more. |

Spring notes Koshi Chimes and sang. I played my 7 crystal bowls in 432hz using the perfect 3rd and 5th harmonics. I used Tibetan prayer bells and a gong. I used the 9" Tibetan bowl and the tuning forks on & off body. I rolled the rain stick and ended with tingshas. |

Comfortable in my body. Sound of Ahhhhh. That was so nice. I felt sort of tired before the meditation (I didn't sleep very well last night). The meditation felt like a deep rest. And the instruments contributed to the " ocean" feeling. I could imagine the waves coming up on the shore and going back out to sea. Giving and taking, giving, and taking. A cycle. I know that there is fear behind not wanting to clear things- " in case I need or want them later" and I am an artist and I collect weird little things to use in my art. And I sometimes feel like my husband doesn't see the way I see so he doesn't understand but I also know that this is a bit of a cop out. And I find it hard to compromise. But he lives here too and he needs space also. So, I feel guilty and selfish and then defensive. Hope that all makes sense. The overall feeling, I come out of the session with is renewed hope that I can DO this- that it is possible |

More balanced. Calmer. Little freer in my heart. Pink. Comfort. Sound of calmness. Sounding together it is okay. Much lighter. Before session I felt stressed and after much calmer. Your voice in the relaxation is very helpful. When you say " relax" your whole voice becomes relaxed. Then when you began toning - it " felt" like a sound saw. So, it was like the sound was cutting away unneeded " stuff". Then the middle part where you were quieter but with gong or singing bowl was (in my imagination) like putting things away in the proper places. Like books in a library. Going into the right sections. Then at the end the toning together just felt good- harmonious even though our sounds were different from one another's. It felt like even though I'd been late and disorganized it is OK and I can be organized again. I felt ashamed of first at the beginning of the session and afterwards I felt more accepting of myself. |

Thank god i was born with the wherewithal to save myself my mother survived only to 54. He couldn't believe the pain from his wrist, that moved up his arm, was gone. His right quad felt better than before, but not all the way gone. Loved the crystal bowls as the vibrations really penetrated his whole body and wanted more of that and it took him to a deeper place. The tuning forks made his arms vibrate and his left arm go numb. Client felt super relaxed, good and light & tingly. Had visualizations and saw colors and orbs of light. She cried during the Koshi chimes and singing portion right in the beginning and said my singing was comforting and she was learning forgiveness. Hands were twitching with surging energy during the crystal bowls. The tuning forks were amazing and forced her to tap into her nerves/cells and felt a deepening into her being. The Tibetan bowl on her belly felt warm and safe and she noticed it penetrated through an energetic wall she built there. The rainstick made her float out of body into another dimension. During the NLP visualization, we both toned the sound of her unconditional love and she felt it fill the entire room which was very intense and good.

Felt like she was floating or high. Inside she feels strong, solid and reconnected to herself. Feels very grounded and relaxed. The OM tuning fork on her chest (heart chakra) made her cry during treatment and she said it was the first time in a long time that she felt safe and that I actually touched her heart. Loved how her whole body was ringing. She loved the rainstick and felt it cleansing her. The 2 tibetan bowls I used on her body reconnected her chakras and energy, felt healed from the outside-in. She felt lots of warm energy and calmness surging throughout her whole body and felt warm. She was even sweating on her brow. Loved the deep tibetan bowl on her belly. After the visualization, she said she got to send love and hugged herself for the first time in a long time.

Oh my god I am totally relaxed. I am totally empty. It is like I am floating. It is very relaxing. I cannot express it in words. Once I surrendered, I felt like floating. At the start I felt good, pleasant, festive, light, a 7.5. Noticing in the session that I found it difficult to relax and let my arms become heavy and relaxed, I realized that I had a certain tension in my body. An awareness of being with my energy in my head. I was curious about how the sounds were made in the beginning. Tendency to look at the monitor. Very slowly I got the feeling of something more coming into my body. The end of the session came faster than desired for me, I was just descending from my head into my body. Feeling descended afterwards: 6.5-7. Seen afterwards, but little in my body. Much more in my head, not really in connection with my body or how I really felt
After: I have realized that it is good to give myself completely and give space to it more often. I often tried to have a mindful moment, but then I cannot get out of my head like that. I can give myself more time and space for that. Not having to do anything for a while and staying with it, being in the Here and NOW. Nice realization, also confronting and somewhat sad to realize how little I feel with my body, or in other words how I live in my head. Valuable. Thanks. |

I experienced a space that felt like a kind of aura around my body, a semicircle, in which I felt neutral space, warm, and free.
